Journal # 11 Write about a favorite memory from your childhood. use as much detail as possible
My favorite memory would be going to the dairy next door to us. As a child I would go everyday to get a half gallon of milk. While there I would play with their son gary. We'd be in the barn while the milking was being done,so we would go up to the hay loft. The most fun was playing in the loft in the hay. We would climb the ladder, tunnel in the hay and make hidding places in the hay. [good thing we weren't teenagers] On the other side of the loft was alot of loose hay unbaled on the floor, high enough we could jump on it and slide down the side of it to the floor.

That must have been so much fun playing in the barn. As a kid I wished that we lived on a farm.
Nice! I had a childhood friend who lived on a farm. We used to play in the hay barn too, making forts and tunnels out of the bailed hay. It was a lot of work but so much fun. Thanks for reminding me of this.
