journal #16If you had the power to change the law, what laws would you change, and, why?

For one I would change the highway speed limit to a lower speed, accidents are happening on our highways and this could all be eliminated and make our highways safer with driving more enjoyable. Then too maybe road rage will be history and a few more situations could be ended. I would also change laws pertaining to sentencing and decisions for our teeagers in trouble today. Some need help not jail, While others need jail time. All of this should be researched through past cases then put on the ballot to be voted on. I really think some teenagers coulds be helped to be better if help was given where need.
